By placing the order, you agree that the the images will be limited to usage by LAND Studio for the purpose of making prints / murals for The MetroHealth System. This license is not transferrable to a third party. Neither the images nor prints of them shall be sold, sub-licensed, or assigned to another party.
Igor Oliyarnik remains the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.
Delivery of Services. Igor Oliyarnik Photography will deliver the full resolution photos via Google Drive within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
The photos included in this licensing agreement are:
1.) Daisies at Kendall Lake - CVNP
2.) Summer Mornings - Richfield Heritage Preserve
